**Backend Support Specialist**


**About the Role**


We're looking for a dedicated Backend Support Specialist to join our team at Vs-Staffing. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our Atlassian products.


**Key Responsibilities:**



  1. Atlassian Product Administration: Manage, configure, and optimize Atlassian products, including Jira Service Desk, Jira Software, and Confluence.
  2. System Customization: Customize and tailor Atlassian tools to meet the specific needs and workflows of the organization.
  3. User Support and Training: Provide hands-on support to users, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training sessions to ensure efficient and effective utilization of Atlassian products.
  4. Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Atlassian tools with other systems, maximizing their impact on organizational processes.
  5. Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard Atlassian systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  6. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to Atlassian configurations, customizations, and best practices.

**Qualifications:**


Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.


Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with Atlassian products, specifically Jira Service Desk, Jira Software, and Confluence.


Technical Skills:


Proficiency in Atlassian product administration and configuration.


Strong understanding of Jira workflows, custom fields, and permissions.


Experience with Confluence page creation, template design, and space management.


Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.


Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and align Atlassian solutions accordingly.
