The Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist - Data and Analytics to join our team. Key responsibilities include providing technical support for basic issues, communicating with clients in English and Portuguese (with the option for French).
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer support with a focus on technical assistance
- Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese, with proficiency in French an asset
- Knowledge of phone and CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
