**Job Purpose:**

This role involves managing technical escalations for our client, with a focus on coordination and solution provision. The successful candidate will communicate with internal teams and external clients at various levels to resolve complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage account escalations and critical client issues
Develop action plans to resolve client escalations
Lead internal teams in resolving complex technical issues
Present root cause analysis, technical issues, and resolution actions to executive stakeholders

Requirements:

>5 to 8 Years of relevant work experience
PMP Professional (optional)
Strong data entry skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency
Effective communication and presentation skills
Ability to converse and write in English and other local/ regional languages
