Tek Experts is a technology services company that delivers specialized solutions to clients. As a Technical Solutions Specialist - Microsoft Azure, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support experience with Microsoft.
Your primary goal will be to own, troubleshoot, and solve customer technical issues using collaboration, troubleshooting best practices, and transparency within and across teams. You will identify cases that require escalation and create incident management requests to product group or engineering group.
You will contribute to case deflection initiatives, automation, and other digital self-help assets to improve the customer and engineer experience. Additionally, you will provide ramp activities, knowledge sharing, technical coaching, and mentoring.
Key responsibilities include resolving customer issues involving complex technical scenarios integrating multiple cloud capabilities, such as Windows Azure, SQL Azure, AppFabric, and service availability, quality, outage management, subscription management, correlation of usage and charges, and cost-efficient solution architecture.
A successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in financial services and/or technical support, managing customers. Familiarity with Azure and/or competing cloud products is preferred, along with knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, filters, and look-up functions.
Demonstrable troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge of subscription management and billing platforms are essential. A college student is highly preferred.
As a member of our global team, you will work closely with peers to drive technical collaboration and engagement outside of customer support services. You may lead or participate in building communities with peer delivery roles, depending on workload or specialty.
The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 per annum, based on industry standards and national averages.
