Technical Account Manager (Remote)

We are seeking a skilled Technical Account Manager to join Stage 4 Solutions Inc team, focusing on post-sales activities for onboarding customers and implementing solutions. This role will serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing technical guidance, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating projects.

This is a 6-month project (extensions or conversion to FTE possible), with 40 hours per week. The position is remote, with a requirement to work in the US CST time zone and be available for customer escalations in the evenings or on weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Understand client solutions at a detailed technical level to support and onboard customers.
  2. Engage with customers after sales completion to drive onboarding and adoption, address technical issues, and understand customer environments.
  3. Work with the Support team to resolve technical issues related to assigned customers and train customers to use the client's products effectively.
  4. Partner closely with the account team to convert customers into references and grow the account.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Account Manager for enterprise SaaS, storage, or networking solutions.
  • English Fluency Required: Effective spoken and written business communication skills.
  • Customer interaction & advocacy.
  • Superb ability to establish rapport with customers and represent their best interests.
  • Analyze customers' needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements.
