About This Role
Crg Solutions seeks a skilled NOC Technical Support Specialist to manage IT operations and network equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage IT operations and network equipment such as switches, firewalls, and access points.
- Provide support to resolve issues related to network infrastructure.
- Function as an escalation point for incidents not resolved by the NOC.
- Escalate incidents to higher levels if no solution is found within the service level margins.
- Configure, deploy, and support all networking components.
- Manage technology providers that implement solutions.
- Manage backups, platform availability, and capacity.
- Manage requirements, problems, incidents, and data environments.
- Write and keep updated technical documentation of the network environment.
- Comply with Service Level Agreements for resolution and/or escalation of cases.
Requirements
Must-Haves:
- Fluent in English.
- High Proficiency level.
- CCNA modules completed.
- Knowledge of Cisco OS, network management, and monitoring.
- Knowledge of routing and switching.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Knowledge of Cisco Collaboration technologies (IP phone).
- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Solarwinds and Nagios.
- Basic knowledge of information security and Windows server technologies.
- ITIL Foundations.
- Experience with Ticketing systems.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Schedule Flexibility.
