About This Role

Crg Solutions seeks a skilled NOC Technical Support Specialist to manage IT operations and network equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage IT operations and network equipment such as switches, firewalls, and access points.
  • Provide support to resolve issues related to network infrastructure.
  • Function as an escalation point for incidents not resolved by the NOC.
  • Escalate incidents to higher levels if no solution is found within the service level margins.
  • Configure, deploy, and support all networking components.
  • Manage technology providers that implement solutions.
  • Manage backups, platform availability, and capacity.
  • Manage requirements, problems, incidents, and data environments.
  • Write and keep updated technical documentation of the network environment.
  • Comply with Service Level Agreements for resolution and/or escalation of cases.

Requirements

Must-Haves:

  • Fluent in English.
  • High Proficiency level.
  • CCNA modules completed.
  • Knowledge of Cisco OS, network management, and monitoring.
  • Knowledge of routing and switching.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Knowledge of Cisco Collaboration technologies (IP phone).
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Solarwinds and Nagios.
  • Basic knowledge of information security and Windows server technologies.
  • ITIL Foundations.
  • Experience with Ticketing systems.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Schedule Flexibility.
