We seek passionate individuals with strong English and Spanish speaking and writing skills. During initial interviews, we emphasize Spanish Bilingual roles based on skillset, experience, and background.

Requirements
  • An updated resume with employment history.
Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish communication skills.
  • Experience in customer support roles.
  • E-commerce support experience is not required but is an asset.
  • Scheduling and managing appointments using Google Calendar.
  • Above-average time management abilities.

Equipment Requirements
  • CPU: i3 or AMD equivalent.
  • RAM: 8GB.
  • Main Drive: SSD.
  • Internet: Stable 5 Mbps download and upload speeds.
  • Headset with noise-canceling mic.
  • Working webcam.

We primarily operate in the EST or PST timezone (Eastern or Pacific Standard Time), with a few team members in AU and UK time zones.
