The successful candidate will:

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage customer escalations and identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Perform data analysis and statistical analysis to inform business decisions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in a technical field or 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with statistical analysis and data interpretation.
