Customer Support Specialist

**Job Overview**
The Customer Support Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the success of Emerson's Global Service Center. This position is responsible for providing technical support to customers and internal engineers, focusing on Ovation product-related issues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Diagnosing and resolving product-related issues via phone or remote diagnostics
- Maintaining accurate documentation of all support activities using the SMS database and other tools
- Collaborating with regional offices and expert resources to resolve complex issues
To succeed in this role, you should possess advanced technical troubleshooting skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with internal and external customers.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Experience with Ovation products and associated systems is highly desirable
- Advanced level of English (B2) and good interpersonal skills
