Your Key Responsibilities as a Technical Support Representative:
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring minimal customer effort and a high level of satisfaction.
- Continuously collaborate with your Team Lead and review your Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to ensure 100% schedule adherence, high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and optimal Service Levels.
What We Need from You:
- A high school diploma.
- 1-year experience in a call center setting.
- Technical troubleshooting skills.
- B2+ English language proficiency.
- The ability to complete on-site training for 3 weeks.
- A stable internet connection with a download speed of at least 20Mbps, an upload speed of at least 15Mbps, and latency of 20Ms or less.
