We are currently seeking a skilled Invoice Billing Analyst to join our team on a fixed-term basis for 11 months.
About the RoleThis position involves performing various activities related to customer invoicing, invoice distribution, EDI enrollment, and government portals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring successful completion of processes and ERP jobs related to customer invoices across multiple systems
- Reviewing invoice job reports for timely and successful transmission of customer invoices
- Maintaining setup of customers trading with Stryker via preferred invoice delivery methods
- Transmitting customer invoices through third-party portals (US Government, WAWF, Non-Government)
- Collaborating with internal and external customers to resolve differences and improve processes
- Contributing to accurate customer master data elements (Sales & Use tax, Lanvera, GHX)
- Troubleshooting invoice errors to accurately report revenue
- Creating and updating reports of monthly invoices to record revenue correctly
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A technical degree or advanced studies in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Intermediate MS Office Suite skills
- Fluent spoken and written English (B2+)
- Oracle, SAP, and JDE systems knowledge is an asset
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a finance function, preferably in a shared service environment or multinational companies
- Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and multi-task
- Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complicated issues effectively
- Effective problem-solving skills
