Selina, a pioneering lifestyle hospitality brand, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hospitality Administration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day hotel administration.

**Your Role:** As a Hospitality Administration Specialist, you will:

• Assist in managing contracts and suppliers to ensure efficient procurement processes.
• Conduct surveys with customers, employees, and third parties to gather valuable feedback.
• Record and reconcile invoices daily to maintain accurate financial records.
• Collaborate with accounting teams to prepare and analyze invoices for corporate accounts payable.
• Track expenses versus budget variances and report findings to location managers and the accounting office.
• Prepare accrual expenses for the end of the month.
• Support other projects as needed.
• Maintain thorough and accurate files and documentation according to company policies and accounting standards.
• Protect organizational value by upholding confidentiality.

**Requirements:** To excel in this role, you must:

• Be currently enrolled in a university studying administration, accounting, or a related field.
• Demonstrate proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Provide a university letter confirming your internship period.
• Show willingness to learn, grow, and immerse yourself in a new definition of hospitality.
