Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Reviewing complex issues, understanding customer concerns, and escalating issues as necessary">
  • Utilizing troubleshooting tools to diagnose and resolve customer issues">
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues">
  • Participating in ongoing training and readiness programs to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • ">
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support, technical consulting, or information technology">
  • A strong understanding of Windows System Administration & Configuration, including networking, registry, file storage, user accounts, event logs, auditing, and performance management">
  • Proven troubleshooting experience and a strong analytical mindset">
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills">
