Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you must have:

- 3+ years of experience in technical support, technical consulting, or information technology">
- A strong understanding of Windows System Administration & Configuration, including networking, registry, file storage, user accounts, event logs, auditing, and performance management">
- Proven troubleshooting experience and a strong analytical mindset">
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills">
