Technical Expert for Windows Deployment and Support

The CEnS organization is responsible for the strategy, design, and implementation of the Microsoft end-to-end customer experience. We're seeking talented individuals who share our passion for customer success and are dedicated to building a future where customers come to us because we provide industry-leading products and services, as well as a differentiated and connected customer experience.
In this role, you'll work closely with our most strategic enterprise customers to investigate and solve complex technical issues using code-level techniques, such as trace and source code analysis, debugging tools, reverse engineering, and other sophisticated diagnostic tools.
You'll be a key collaboration point for advanced troubleshooting, working alongside Serviceability and engineering teams to improve incident resolution and service deficiency. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling highly complex, political, financial, executive-level cases
- Managing engagement with Product Engineering for Support-raised escalations
- Working alongside Serviceability and engineering teams as a trusted advisor to improve incident resolution or service deficiency
- Driving process, tool, service delivery, and solution improvements that enable effective troubleshooting and remediation
- Providing ramp activities for junior engineers, knowledge sharing, technical coaching, and mentoring
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Fluent English language skills, including reading, writing, and speaking
- Windows System Administration, Configuration, including a good basic understanding of Registry, File Storage, User Accounts and Access Control, Event Logs and Auditing, Performance, Resource Monitor, Networking (TCP, IP)

- Windows backup and VSS
- PowerShell scripting
- Active Directory topology and management
- Network Tracing and analysis
- Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) deployment, management
- Remote File Systems (SMB)
