As a critical member of the Td Synnex team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing vendor partnerships by efficiently managing operational tasks. This includes regularly updating price files, adopting a systematic approach to organizing price files, ensuring agreements align with company policies, generating timely and accurate quotes, communicating effectively with partners, familiarizing yourself with vendor quoting requirements, staying updated on changes in vendor quoting policies, collaborating closely with vendor teams, and executing tasks and projects from vendor teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date pricing information to support informed decision-making.
  • Ensuring agreements comply with company policies, legal requirements, and specific partner needs to foster strong relationships.
  • Generating timely and accurate quotes for partners based on their specific requirements and pricing guidelines to drive business growth.
  • Communicating effectively with partners to address any queries or concerns related to the quotes and provide exceptional customer service.

This role requires experience in customer service, proficiency in English (oral and written), basic knowledge in Microsoft Office, and data entry skills to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient task execution.
