We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support via phone and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide solutions to customer issues while promoting our company's products and services
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting productivity standards
  • Maintain accurate records and update customer information as necessary

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or a call center (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
