We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Convera. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service delivery and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by example in promoting client-centricity and embed this ethos across the team, fostering a culture of excellence and high-quality service delivery.
- Manage the efficient delivery of services, ensuring resource levels match business and client requirements and are within budget to support operational resilience.
- Provide regular performance reporting on service delivery against SLAs and KPIs, highlighting successes, key risks, and issues to be addressed.
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN EXCELLENT WORKING RELATIONSHIPS with external and internal business partners and clients, offering timely support and advice that meets their needs and managing queries effectively.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, teams, and functions to share information and learning that supports high-quality services to clients, ensuring a shared understanding of roles and responsibilities and an efficient approach to problem-solving.
- A strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to foster a culture of excellence and high-quality service delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide regular performance reporting and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
