**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for managing large amounts of incoming calls, generating sales leads, and building sustainable relationships with our customers.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Manage large volumes of incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Generate sales leads by identifying and assessing customers' needs
  • Build trust and rapport with customers through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate and complete information using the right methods and tools
  • Handle customer complaints efficiently and effectively

**Requirements:**

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Strong phone handling skills and active listening abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
