">This role involves handling inbound calls from customers/agents to resolve queries on their accounts, providing excellent customer service on insurance policy-related transactions, and meeting/exceeding business Key Performance Indicators (KRAs). The successful candidate will be able to adapt to a 24/7 environment, work rotational shifts, and maintain high proficiency in verbal and written English.
