Business Development Representative

They take and process transactions via phone, internet, and correspondence from customers and representatives, responding to inquiries about our products or services.
Key responsibilities include promoting and selling our company's products or services, as well as investigating and resolving customer complaints. Developing strong business relationships through our Extraordinary Customer Experience strategy is a key area of focus.
