While our Costa Rica business office is based in the beautiful province of Heredia, most of our global team members in Costa Rica work exclusively from home.
About the Role
The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for obtaining and cultivating new accounts through incoming leads, social selling, and pipeline management. This position is accountable for meeting revenue, gross profit, and sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. To succeed, the ideal candidate will take an aggressive approach to business development and demonstrate a deep understanding of the uniform business and its markets.
Your Key Responsibilities
Maximize sales opportunities through the conversion of incoming leads, social selling, networking at various events, client visits, and pipeline management. Demonstrate an understanding of Ua's pricing, administrative procedures, and organization to effectively implement client solutions. Conduct competitive market analysis and maintain a current understanding of competitor services, solutions, and price offerings. Target business-focused selling efforts and understand customer buying traits. Establish and maintain effective communication with various internal departments and team members.
Your Qualifications
Bilingual (English & Spanish) is required for this position. A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary, while a Bachelor's degree in general business, marketing, or psychology is preferred. At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Account Executive is required, along with 3-5 years of relevant B2B telephone sales experience and strong sales aptitude.
