About the Role

Looking for an upbeat, focused and self motivated individual to work with both the Director of Corporate Sales Development, Regional Sales VPs and Directors to develop and implement targeted territory development plans and align CSD daily activities in order to meet quarterly goals.
They will lead and manage a team of Corporate Sales Development Representatives including recruiting, hiring, and training new reps as well as developing and implementing standard methodologies across the team such as messaging and objection handling.
In addition, they will implement targeted outbound calling programs, conduct mock Calling Exercises, call blitzes and provide individual mentorship to CSDs.
This individual will need experience working closely with Marketing-supporting Field Marketing activities within the territory, including webinars, trade-shows, and demand generation campaigns.
This is a player/mentor role for someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.
Buscamos una persona optimista, enfocada y motivada para trabajar con el director de Desarrollo de Ventas Corporativas y los vicepresidentes y directores de Ventas Regionales a fin de desarrollar e implementar planes de desarrollo territorial específicos y alinear las actividades diarias del equipo de Desarrollo de Ventas Corporativas (CSD) para cumplir con los objetivos trimestrales.
Deberá liderar y gestionar un equipo de representantes de Desarrollo de Ventas Corporativas, incluidos el reclutamiento, la contratación y la capacitación de nuevos representantes, así como el desarrollo y la implementación de metodologías estándar en todo el equipo, como mensajería y manejo de objeciones.
Además, deberá implementar programas específicos de llamadas dirigidas, realizar simulacros de ejercicios de llamadas, realizar campañas masivas de llamadas y brindar mentoría individual a los miembros de CSD.
Debe contar con experiência trabajando en estrecha colaboración con Marketing y apoyar las actividades de Marketing de Campo dentro del territorio, incluidos seminarios web, ferias comerciales y campañas de generación de demanda.

About You

Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years in depth Salesforce knowledge required- 2+ years experience in sales development leadership or as a Team Lead- It is essential to be bilingual in Spanish and English

Other Qualifications:
- Ability to keep the team energized and motivated is key.- Great attention to detail is required.- Generates and achieves quarterly territory forecasts, and accurately predicts quarterly generated pipeline.- Implement metrics to supervise the team's level of activity and quality.- Recent successful experience and shown ability to develop a prospect pipeline via targeted outbound prospecting and engaging business Executives.- Excellent account management
