**About Netskope**:
Netskope is a leading cloud security company that protects data wherever it goes. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be the primary point of contact for dealing with top-class IT administrators.
**Responsibilities**:
- Be the primary point of contact for all support and escalations tickets
- Work with Customers, Sales Engineers, and Customer Success to report issues to the Engineering Team
- Regularly communicate status updates to Customers
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience in supporting large enterprise customers
- Strong TCP/IP knowledge and experience supporting network security technologies
- Demonstrable experience with systems installation, configuration, and administration of UNIX/Linux and Windows based systems
