**About the Role**

SITA Switzerland Sarl is seeking an experienced Wireless Business Development Manager to drive business growth and client satisfaction in the designated territory.

The successful candidate will bring expertise in wireless, security, and mobility technologies, as well as a deep understanding of customers' business processes.

They will collaborate with SITA Sales and Pre-Sales teams to achieve profitable sales growth in the assigned Network & Security business line.

The role involves generating new leads and opportunities within assigned existing customer accounts via upselling and cross-selling, focusing on network and security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with SITA Sales Representatives to achieve profitable sales growth
  • Generate new leads and opportunities within assigned existing customer accounts
  • Manage a pipeline of qualified active opportunities and drive them to close

**Requirements**

  • 7+ years proven success in generating revenue growth in a sales and/or business development role
  • 5+ years relevant industry and/or market segment experience
  • Telecommunication prospecting background preferred
  • Previous marketing experience desirable

**Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, and/or Telecommunications required
  • Master's degree/MBA preferred

  • Knowledge of Wireless protocols, 3G/4G/5G, Mobile Data, Mobile Private Networks, IoT, Wifi6, Push to Talk, WLAN, MIFI, LEO low orbit VSAT, security solutions for wireless
