About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Global Business Development Manager to lead our long-term business vision while delivering near-term results. This role is critical in driving full potential growth through brand building, business unit strategy development, and executional excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of brands, business, people, and operations in leading and influencing the matrix organization.
  • Develop and nurture a distinctive, inclusive, and agile work environment, and lead continuous talent development, recruitment, and retention as a competitive advantage.
  • Play a pivotal role in modeling, promoting, amplifying, and sustaining our company values, ways of working, and culture.
Requirements
  • 12+ cross-functional years' experience, ideally having served in Marketing and Sales leadership positions with at least one position in brand building.
  • Held 2+ General Manager (GM) roles in countries/small cluster, or a GM role in combination with Category or assignment in Corporate or Regional Strategy, Transformation, Capability.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field, MBA preferred
  • Exceptional ability to navigate within the matrix building strong cross-functional relationships with peers, leaders, and multiple stakeholders.
