Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Manager to join our team at Wns Global Services. As a leader in insurance operations, you will be responsible for managing a team of 120 professionals and driving business growth through effective management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement programs and strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Manage assigned accounts to achieve defined business goals and objectives.
- Drive revenue growth through effective management practices.
- Position the business for growth in new revenue-generating capacities.
- Maintain budgets and operating plans for different accounts assigned.
- Communicate organizational objectives to team members.
- Set goals and make decisions to maintain result orientation.
- Review daily performance activities to ensure objectives are met.
- Negotiate and collaborate with other groups to meet service level agreements and maximize operational efficiency.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and implement programs and strategies to achieve business objectives.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and manage people.
Financial Acumen: Experience in financial and accounting areas, with an emphasis on insurance.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
