At Inoi Global Mobile Phones Llc, we're seeking a seasoned professional to manage key accounts in the consumer electronics industry. As a Business Development Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, business objectives, and pain points, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of proposals, contracts, and other documents.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, track account performance, and develop strategies to improve retention and loyalty.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or sales in the electronics industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets, managing customer relationships, and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
