Business Development Manager Lead

At Inoi Global Mobile Phones Llc, we're seeking a seasoned professional to manage key accounts in the consumer electronics industry. As a Business Development Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, business objectives, and pain points, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of proposals, contracts, and other documents.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, track account performance, and develop strategies to improve retention and loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in account management or sales in the electronics industry.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets, managing customer relationships, and driving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
