Business Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to join our team at Amzn Support Srvcs Costa Rica. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the growth and adoption of our new products and strategic initiatives in the US and EU/JP markets.
**Job Summary:**
The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of relevant professional experience in building business strategy, sales, and account management at scale. A proven track record of people management and analytical skills will also be essential in this role.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive product adoption and retention among Sellers.
- Work closely with senior product stakeholders to identify and prioritize Sellers for support via 1:1 AM channels.
- Analyze Seller behavior and performance trends to diagnose root causes and patterns, and create actionable plans for operational improvements.
**Requirements:**
- Masters degree in a relevant field.
- Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, and VBA or willingness to learn.
- E-commerce experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
