**Job Overview**

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Development Manager to identify and develop new business opportunities, effectively sell solutions, and drive revenue growth. This role involves managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a high-quality client experience throughout the sales cycle.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Conduct detailed analysis of client requirements and pain points to uncover opportunities for utilizing SoftwareONE's solutions.
  • Leverage in-depth knowledge of SoftwareONE's offerings to articulate the value proposition to potential clients, aligning product features with client requirements to solve business challenges and support business outcomes.
  • Implement a proactive strategy for prospecting and lead generation using various channels including cold calling, networking events, social media, and partnerships.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
  • Maintain a structured approach to managing the sales pipeline, track the progress of leads and opportunities, and utilize CRM tools and sales analytics to assess pipeline health and optimize conversion rates.

**Requirements**:

  • +5 years of experience in sales of complex technology services and solutions, consumption models, and business outcomes to client senior management and their teams.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead qualification to deal closure and account handover.
  • In-depth knowledge of the software industry, including market trends, competitive analysis, and emerging technologies.
