**Job Summary**

The Strategic Business Development Manager will be responsible for maintaining market intelligence and ensuring the company's strategy is aligned with market conditions in Latin America.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining SYSS Latin America market intelligence and ensuring LA strategy aligns with market conditions
  • Proactively monitoring market data and making recommendations to optimize growth and profitability
  • Cordinating and planning meetings/events to ensure alignment with global strategy
  • Preparing information for executive and corporate meetings, as well as providing business leaders with insights aligned with LA market strategy

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating business performance of product lines and making portfolio recommendations to optimize growth and profitability
  • Designing and implementing analytical models to support business decisions, making recommendations based on research and analysis
  • Leading presentations independently, collaborating, and demonstrating the ability to connect the dots of research, data, and information, yielding actionable conclusions that result in strategic solutions
  • Formulating strategies, suggesting changes or improvements to current business plans, policies, and procedures to optimize near-term growth

Requirements:

  • Minimum Educational Qualifications: MBA with BA / BS in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Minimum 5 years experience
