Strategic Business Development Specialist

The role of Strategic Relationship Representative is crucial in positioning renewals and additional software and hardware to current customers. Key responsibilities include:
- Upselling to a more extensive product line or motivating customers to consider new products
- Evaluating current accounts to discuss their effectiveness and potential business needs
- Developing productive relationships with clients in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
This inside role involves close collaboration with the Renewals Sales Team, Field Sales Teams, Sales Managers, Inside Sales, Channel Partners, and End Users to bring in new expansion and add-on business. The ideal candidate should have experience managing customer bases for Enterprise and Commercial accounts and possess strong analytical skills.
The successful candidate will be passionate about sales, have a consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals, and excel in time management and interpersonal skills. Additionally, they should be able to build quotes with various product configurations and work within Salesforce for forecasting and CPQ for quoting.
