About The Role

This position plays a crucial role in developing and executing strategies to achieve the company's targets in Costa Rica and Nicaragua. As a Global Channel Development Manager, you will be responsible for defining aligned point of sale strategies for each channel and ensuring flawless execution of plans at the point of sale process for our portfolio.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth in Costa Rica and Nicaragua.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Bottlers.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform business decisions.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in FMCG with a focus on channel development and strategy.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving profitability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
