">Responsibilities
">- ">
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications in a high availability/mission critical environment;">
- Collaborate with various interfacing teams across multiple locations and time-zones to resolve issues;">
- Analyze and correct data discrepancies;">
- Incident and problem management: track and report incidents and problems until resolution;">
- Coordinate with vendor application teams on version upgrades and issue resolution;">
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and communicate effectively to ensure alignment and expectations;">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you must have:
">- ">
- At least 1-2 years of experience working with Unix or Linux;">
- At least 1-2 years of experience working with any database (MySQL, Oracle, Sybase, DB2, Mango DB or Neo4j);">
- Intermediate to advanced English language skills;">
- 6 months of working experience or training knowledge in at least one new technology (Hbase, HDFS, Kafka, Neo4j, Spark, Storm, and GemFire);">
- Knowledge of at least one devops tool (Jenkins, TeamCity, Maven, Ansible, Chef, Docker, Git, Puppet, and Kubernetes);">
