Job Description

We are seeking an Advanced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality and accurate resolutions to customers under stipulated policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • To efficiently provide resolutions to customers via the phone or mail.
  • To offer advanced-level technical support and troubleshooting with complex issues.
  • To maintain periodic timely updates and follow up on customer issues until resolution.

Requirements

  • Advanced English speaker with fluency in verbal and written communication (85% and above).
  • PC hardware hands-on experience and basic to intermediate Linux knowledge (RHEL, SuSE, CentOS, and other distros).
  • Experience setting up local area networks and providing technical support in PC troubleshooting (hardware and software).
  • Understanding of computer architecture.
