Job Overview:
Sykes Costa Rica is seeking a highly skilled Server Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and troubleshooting services to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for an individual who can listen to customer issues, identify root causes, and resolve problems efficiently. You will also be responsible for maintaining periodic updates, setting up appointments, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a technical position
- Bachelor's degree in any Computer-related field
- PC hardware hands-on experience
- 2-3 years of experience working with Networks and PC accessories and devices
- Technical support experience on PC troubleshooting (hardware and software)
Soft Skills:
- Understanding of computer architecture
- Experience with repair, configuration, upgrading, and maintenance of a wide range of PC-related equipment, components, and software
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
