**Job Overview**
Hewlett Packard is seeking a Highly Skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently.
**Responsibilities**
- Resolve moderately complex technical issues efficiently, utilizing proactive notification systems and collaborating with internal and external teams as needed.
- Analyze problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to customer-facing technical issues.
- Take ownership of assigned issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution while documenting identified issues, solutions, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and knowledge base, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and acting as a trusted consultant to stakeholders.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
Recommended:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with 4-5 years of experience in remote support, telephone support, technologies, and customer environments, or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of experience.
Proven experience in successfully resolving complex technical issues, demonstrated ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Preferred Certifications:** ITIL Certifications, Nexthink/1E/Techpulse-related work experience and certifications.
**Salary:** $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
