**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will work closely with senior-level engineers to resolve customer escalations related to HP thin client devices and supporting software.

The primary objective of this role is to replicate customers' use cases based on their hardware and software configurations, with the goal of reproducing the customer experience. You will also assist in debugging by executing insights and directions provided by senior-level engineers.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Proficiency in Linux operating systems, such as Ubuntu, RedHat, and/or IGEL
  • Experience with VDI software, including VMware, RDP, and Citrix, within a Linux and Microsoft Windows 10 environment
  • Knowledge of unified communications environments, such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams plug-ins
  • Analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
