**Job Summary**
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced technical support professionals to join our call center team. As a technical support specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, resolving technical issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of support services
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and client satisfaction targets
**Requirements**
- 1 year of experience in technical support (desired)
- 1 year of experience in call center operations (desired)
- Strong knowledge of cloud systems and Windows operating systems
- Advanced English language skills (85% proficiency)
