**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Travel & Expense (T&E) Administrator to join our team at Sysco Costa Rica. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of our T&E system information and data.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage special projects and tasks related to the development and delivery of the Travel and Expense Policy.
  • Ensure all travel and expense processes are cost-effective, accurate, and timely.
  • Analyze and resolve system issues using platforms like Salesforce and Talk Desk.
  • Respond to and action requests received in the T&E support queue and support line.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and correct technical problems; ensure proper quality controls are in place to avoid future errors.
  • Run, schedule, and/or distribute reports to support assigned functional area, as well as correct data integrity issues and provide feedback regarding issues, opportunities, or challenges.

**Requirements:*

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred or relevant Sysco experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Some broader domain knowledge and/or training in Card Management processes and Concur/Expense System functions desirable.
  • + 2 years working with T&E related systems & technology in areas of AP & Procurement, T&E administration plus Corporate Finance desirable.
  • Demonstrate a basic understanding of T&E processes, procedures, controls, and compliance requirements.
  • Sales Force and Talk Desk experiences required; Bilingual - English/Spanish is required.
