Citi Shared Services (CSS) plays a vital role in supporting the Corporate Finance and Human Resources organizations. Our goal is to ensure seamless financial and human resources operations and processes throughout the employment life cycle, leveraging world-class, scalable operations.

This role supports CSS products within the Common Capabilities' Financial Management Pillar. Responsibilities include:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all financial aspects supporting CSS and products, including budgeting, headcount management, outlook planning, and consumption charges
  • Act as the core interface with senior business leaders, finance, and internal stakeholders to manage CSS financials
  • Ensure delivery of high-level and detailed monthly budget reports for each CSS product
  • Generate senior-level presentations of financial data, providing value through insights and storytelling of strategy
  • Manage relationships with CSS product heads, CSC site heads, and CAO's to ensure proper support
  • Enable standardization, transformation, and re-engineering of financial processes regarding the pillar
  • Ownership and execution of strategic projects for report standardization, process simplification, elimination of non-value activities
  • Manage ad-hoc projects and analysis related to financials, headcount, and budgets/outlooks
  • Coordinate across multiple groups: CSS products, FP&A, O&T

Requirements:

  • Advanced English level
  • Bachelor's university degree completed
  • 6+ years of financial planning & analysis experience, preferably in a large organization
  • Previous budgeting and forecasting reporting experience
  • Ability to develop and implement organizational strategy and re-engineer processes
  • Ability to influence and interact with senior leaders and colleagues
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills to attract, retain, and develop talent for the function
  • Creative and forward thinking with a growth mindset and a can-do attitude
  • Advanced Excel and Basic SharePoint skills

Desirable:

  • Previous experience with Citi financial systems (PEARL, JADE, ARMS, APS, Smart, etc.)

Earnings Estimate: The salary for this position ranges between $85,000 and $120,000 per year, based on location and industry standards. This figure may vary depending on individual qualifications and experience.
