Key responsibilities will include providing regular updates on case progress, identifying the root cause of incidents, and implementing effective conflict resolution techniques. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate issue resolution, and your proficiency in both written and oral English will be put to the test. Portuguese language skills are also an asset in this role.
