The position is customer-facing, handling escalations and resolving issues effectively. As a Distribution Admin Assistant, you'll perform general administrative tasks, including report preparation using various software packages, data compilation from multiple sources, and managing small-scale projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Handling customer escalations and resolving issues efficiently
  • Performing general office duties such as word processing, data entry, and document auditing
  • Answering phone calls and distributing mail
  • Coordinating meetings and other tasks as assigned

This role requires strong leadership skills, critical thinking capabilities, and flexibility in scheduling. You must be comfortable working under pressure and have proven decision-making and problem-resolution skills.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills (90%)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook

**Preferred Details:**

This is a permanent position, and you'll work on-site. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
