Business Development Executive - Technology Solutions
About the Role:
- Cultivate and nurture deep client relationships while delivering the best of our software solutions.
- Taking ownership of revenue, profit/loss, and growth objectives for existing client accounts, focusing on renewals, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with Operations Managers and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) will be crucial to ensure detailed solution delivery.
- Demonstrate the diverse resources within SoftwareOne to address client queries promptly and effectively, ultimately driving client satisfaction and business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Deep Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Act as Primary Point of Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and feedback.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Own revenue, profit/loss, and growth objectives for assigned client accounts.
- Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals, improving value of SoftwareOne's offerings to clients.
- Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with Operations Managers and CSMs to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions to clients.
Requirements:
- Career Experience: Career related to technology with a history of proven track record in the role of Account Manager or Business Developer in technological solutions.
- Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of technological solutions and project management, planning, execution, and supervision of technology implementation projects, including technology management software, data analysis platforms, and cybersecurity.
- Build Relationship Nurturing Skills: Ability to understand the client's technical and business needs and translate them into viable solutions using available technology.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, determination, motivation, initiative, teamwork, continuous learning, and instigation of innovative practices.
