We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team at Microsoft. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and technical expertise to our global clients.

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be the primary point of contact for customers experiencing issues with our Exchange platform. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing troubleshooting tools and techniques to identify and resolve complex technical issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to develop solutions and improve processes

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong understanding of Exchange architecture and related technologies. You should also be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English fluently.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a technical support or consulting role, or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Additionally, experience working with Exchange in an enterprise environment would be highly desirable.

In exchange for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $90,000 per year, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
