Kypsi, a business development agency, is seeking Home Based Telemarketers and Sales Development Reps with exceptional communication skills and rockstar confidence to join our team.

We are looking for individuals who can crush the cold calling game by moving people to take action with just their words.

Our ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in sales or telemarketing, be able to work with high focus and efficiency, and thrive in changing environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Cold calling for multiple companies
  • Thinking of ways to get around people's psychology and adapt pitches to improve appointment rates
  • Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying decision makers and understanding their requirements

Requirements include:

  • Appointmnet setter: 2 years (preferred)
  • Language: English (preferred)

This is a full-time/part-time position with flexible hours of 20-40 per week. The hourly pay is between $43.03 - $53.76.
