Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Courtyard by Marriott. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities- Process guest check-ins, verifying identity and assigning rooms with accuracy.
- Set up accounts for each guest according to their requirements and enter Marriott Rewards information.
- Ensure rates match market codes, document exceptions, and secure payment prior to issuing room keys.
- Compile and review daily reports/logs/contingency lists, complete cashier and closing reports, and balance receipts.
- Supply guests with directions and property information, accommodate requests, and follow up to ensure requests have been met.
- Process all payment types, vouchers, paid-outs, and charges, count and secure bank at beginning and end of shift.
- Obtain manual authorizations, follow Accounting procedures, and notify Loss Prevention/Security of any guest reports of theft.
- Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, motivating, and coaching employees; serve as a role model and first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.
- Able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, speaking clearly and professionally, preparing and reviewing written documents accurately and completely.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information, protecting company assets, and adhering to quality standards.
- Familiarity with computers/POS systems, entering and locating information efficiently.
