The Role

We're seeking an experienced Virtual Sales Leadership Expert to join our team. As a Strategic Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and ensuring a First Class Experience and Results for 8-12 client accounts. You'll partner with our Vice President of Client Success to develop and execute daily activities and strategies for improvement.

This role requires strong awareness of the account's strategic direction, as well as knowledge of clients' products and processes. Your success will rely on the success of the team, meeting clients' expectations, and individual performance.

Your Day-to-Day
  • Provide Client Satisfaction and ensure long-term profitable business relationships.
  • Offer oversight and consultation to Sales Agents on success and results achieved.
  • Ensure Sales Agents have the necessary tools and resources to perform their role and mentor them on strategy and sales techniques.
  • Act as the in-house leader by over-communicating client expectations between Sales Agents, Senior Leadership, external stakeholders, and vice versa.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

You'll lead and actively participate in strategic brainstorming sessions to increase sales and revenue. Ensure strategic objectives are met with each client, run quality assurance for Sales Agents, and provide feedback when necessary.

Taking Executive Action on Client Account operations is also key. Attending and contributing to department meetings and trainings will help you stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

What We Offer

We offer competitive compensation consisting of monthly base pay, direct percentage on revenue generated by clients, commissions on weekly definition of success achieved by Sales Agents, and bonuses on successful onboarding and launch of new Clients.

You can expect to earn around $40k-$70k per year, working remotely from anywhere with full availability during required schedules. Save hundreds in commuting costs and weeks worth of time by working from home.

Requirements

BA/BS required, native or near-native level of English (C1-C2 Level), 1-2 years of Account Management experience, 1+ year in sales/marketing, leadership experience in a corporate, marketing, or life sciences environment preferred, project management experience preferred, and more.

A strong proficiency in Google Suite, online softwares like Slack, Zoom, Asana, CRMs, and Social Media is essential. Demonstrated excellence in building and maintaining profitable client relationships, strong project management and organization skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, and inspire trust with team members are highly valued.
