Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Solutions Specialist to join our Azure Platform Technical Support team. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical guidance and support to our clients, helping them resolve complex technical issues related to Microsoft products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical guidance to internal teams and customers on the use of Microsoft products and services.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of all cases, including queries, process steps, and resolutions.
- Mentor junior support engineers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2-3 years of experience in technical and customer support, with a strong understanding of Microsoft products and services.
- Highest level of technical education or equivalent experience.
- Certifications relevant to the product are highly desirable.
