Lending Operations Associate

Skill Development OpportunitiesThis role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in system administration, resource management, and data analysis. As a Lending Operations Associate, you will work closely with our team to maintain system resources, perform administrative duties, and support the development of in-house credit training material.
You will have the chance to participate in system testing, monitor user support requests, and contribute to data review and clean-up processes. Additionally, you will provide general administrative support, including managing meetings, coordinating document execution, and tracking departmental expenses.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain system resources, including adding new instructions and screenshots to system user manuals and guides, to reflect system updates and improvements.
- Perform administrative duties related to publishing policies and procedures, and related guidelines and resources in support of the Risk Management Department.
- Support development and organization of in-house credit training material.
- Maintain Lending Intranet portal, including posting resources, organizing layout and navigation, and keeping links up to date in close coordination with Lending Operations Officer.
To succeed in this role, you should possess strong technology skills, especially with Google platforms (e.g., Gmail, Drive), Microsoft Office suite, and databases (e.g., Salesforce). You should also be self-motivated to learn new systems and technologies and have patience working with users at varying levels of technological ability.
A strong written and oral communication skillset is essential, including the ability to clearly articulate instructions for using tools and systems. You should also be organized, with the ability to follow up on pending items and accomplish multiple tasks within agreed-upon timeframes through effective prioritization.
