Business Development Associate for Campground Partnerships

About the Role:
RoverPass is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our Account Executives with a portfolio of existing customers and recruiting new campgrounds to join our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify inbound leads for demos and provide sales support to our Account Executives.
- Conduct product demos and effectively communicate the benefits of using RoverPass to campground clients.
- Follow-up on proposals sent and demos conducted.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets measured by the quantity of new campgrounds using RoverPass products per month and upsell targets to existing accounts.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of sales support experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology-related industry in North America.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-starter mentality with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Comfortable with warm and cold-calling and conducting product demos.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Familiarity with the Google suite, Hubspot, Confluence, Slack, and Air Call (or similar tools).
